The hotel staff a ten, we had problems with some heavy ones that were in the next room, but that does not depend on the hotel. They are always trying to solve the problem for you..
The location, the silence and the beds phenomenal, I would change some pillow a little more uncomfortable, but nothing that can not be solved.
The breakfast, it lacks some variety, but it is good.
The truth is that they try to help you and please you at all times!!

All in all it was a very nice experience. The location is near all the important monuments and the tram station is near by. It was clean and the people very polite and eager to help. The breakfast was also quite satisfying.

Very good stay in this hotel. The staff is welcoming, helpful and always at our disposal. The room was nice and the location is ideal, close to the tram, which makes it easy to get around. I recommend without hesitation.

I spent four nights in the hotel with my daughter. If I can give it 5 plus stars I would. Everything was far and above my expectations. Great location, safe .Everybody on the property was extremely helpful and accommodating. Clean room,with all the amenities you might need.Breakfast was great . Everything from the moment of checking in to checking out was great.

Great place to relax and close to all the sights of the old town and public amenities . Nice,comfortable rooms well soundproofed. Breakfast right as value for money . Staff young, very kind all and very helpful (rare to find so ).It was a wonderful choice in case we will definitely come back here . Congratulations to the staff

HOTEL located in the Sultanahmet area, the neighborhood where it is located is a shopping area (lots of shoe shops ) but very close to the T1 tram line stops ca 250 meters and a 15-minute walk from the historical points of Istanbul and 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar.
the property has been recently renovated, the cleanliness of the rooms excellent, like the rest, spacious room, very functional bathroom, very welcoming staff and available to various requests. The only thing in my opinion to improve is the breakfast, as far as I am concerned more than satisfactory, but perhaps it should be varied and increased. However structure to recommend without a doubt.

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money — would definitely stay here again!

We liked the service at the reception, they were polite, the rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen, towels and trash were taken out, the food was delicious at breakfast, we liked everything

This hotel is perfect for the traveller.
It is very clean and modern,
has everything including a good breakfast.
I seen some reviews and I was a bit apprehensive about the breakfast but tried it on our 1st morning.
It Did exactly what I wanted.

Nice. Coffee ☕️ good quality, fruit juicy and full of flavour, scrambled eggs and sausages very good, pancakes 🥞 definitely 😋 👌

As the food items were consumed a staff member was on hand to refill.

We were also able to purchase some tours and excursions from the lovely girl at the reception for good prices.
Better than advertised on local brochures.
Every little bit helps.
All in, this hotel is perfect and ticks all the boxes,

This is our 3rd visit to Istanbul

Hotel is doing well and is in a perfect location.
We popped out to a nearby supermarket for essentials which was very reasonably priced.

Much appreciated for your efforts to make this so relaxing and comfortable stay.
Because the hotel is in old town and there are traffic restrictions for all vehicles your taxi or bus won't be able to park outside the hotel, until I believe after 6pm. So you may have to carry your luggage 🧳 approximately 25-35mtrs up a typical Istanbul hill.
Was no problem but could be challenging for wheelchairs or prams.

A hotel that meets our expectations very clean, impeccable service, very friendly and helpful reception staff, hotel close to the blue mosque and aya Sophia as well as the tram station. rich and varied breakfast. We have received an upgrade. I'll come back to it another time with my eyes closed

Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is polite.
The food is both Western and Turkish and alternates the different days.
There's what you need.
The hotel is close to shopping and attractions.
And good restaurants, you have to get used to the fact that they are very ongoing in the restaurants.

The bed is very cozy and the room is very clean,and it's big enough the breakfast also tastes very good and qualitatively the hotel is also big and the place also fits the hotel perfectly,so the hotel is a 10/10 for me........

The hotel room was very nice and clean, the staff was very warm

The hotel was in a very good location where it was, you could reach the place you wanted on foot (grand bazaar sultan Ahmet Mosque ) shopping places are nearby

Could not recommend this hotel more highly. The rooms are spacious, clean and great value for money, and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also amazing - there are great local food spots, it’s a safe and short walk up the hill to the grand bazaar or the metro line that will get you around the city sites, and it’s set back enough that it’s quiet at night. A great base to explore Istanbul from!
